​A T Party member has graciously offered us his apartment, which has a proper ice bath at a cool 40ºF.

​He also has a squat rack and workout room. We can do form checks for squats (great for T, stop skipping leg day), bench, and deadlift (90% of people do these lifts wrong without a proper lifting coach).

​Finally, our host also has a pair of Normatec Boots for recovery.
