​このイベントでは、バビロンの共同創設者であるフィッシャー・ユーによるスピーチ、主要なプロジェクトリーダーによるエキサイティングなパネルディスカッション、ネットワーキングが行われます。軽食とお飲み物もご用意しております。

​-Babylon: Fisher Yu, Co-Founder

​-Figment: Lorien Gabel, CEO and Co-Founder

​京都大学大学院修了後、2016年に暗号通貨市場に参入。現在、2020年に設立された日本最大級の暗号通貨コミュニティ「KudasaiJP」を運営する株式会社Kudasaiの取締役を務める。ブロックチェーンスタートアップの企画・開発、アドバイザリーサービス、コミュニティ拡大、教育コンテンツ提供など、多面的かつ総合的な成長支援ソリューションを提供。また、子会社の株式会社おまかせは、ブロックチェーンバリデーターの運営や関連技術の提供を行っている。

Babylon, the first ever non-custodial Bitcoin staking protocol, is hosting its first ever meetup in Japan on August 29th, co-hosted by BitGo, Figment, and Grow.

​​The event will feature a speech by Babylon's co-founder, Fisher Yu, an exciting panel discussion with key project leaders and networking. We'll have light food and drinks available.

​Fisher Yu is an ardent believer in decentralization and a renowned expert in the realm of blockchain security and cryptography. As an entrepreneur and technical leader, Fisher's profound insights and strategic approach are at the forefront of transforming the digital landscape. As Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Babylon, Fisher has been instrumental in defining the company's vision, devising strategies, and leading groundbreaking R&D projects. ​-BitGo: Abel Seow, Head of APAC (Managing Director)

​Abel Seow's responsibilities include sales, partnerships and strategy for the APAC region. Prior to joining BitGo, Abel had a career in wealth management, and was most recently a private banker at Bank of Singapore where he worked with family offices, UHNWIs and institutional investors. He started his career at Rothschild in London after completing an MSc at Imperial College London.

​-Grow: Sean Kim, Founder and CEO

​Sean Kim has over 6 years of experience in the crypto industry.  He is the founder and CEO of GROW, which is a leading crypto yield platform that allows users to receive crypto rewards holding Bitcoin and other crypto assets.  Before making his way into the crypto scene, Sean comes from a consulting background with over 11 years at PWC, Ernst and Young, and Credit Suisse working with global firms in both finance and tech sectors.  Sean is a true Bitcoin believer and part of the early crypto founders community.  He holds an M.S. in Mathematical Finance from the University of Warwick.

​Lorien is the CEO & Co-Founder of Figment - the leading staking provider for over 250+ institutional clients including asset managers, custodians, exchanges, foundations, and wallets. Figment was most recently valued at $1.4 billion by software investment firm Thoma Bravo, with participation highlighted from Counterpoint Global (Morgan Stanley), Franklin Templeton, and Avon Ventures (Fidelity). Lorien has over 30 years of experience building and leading global technology companies from back of the napkin to exit. In addition to Lorien’s accolades starting companies, he ran multiple divisions at Micron, a Fortune 500 company and spearheaded the exponential growth of UK based tech company, MessageLabs as Global VP Business Development.

​-Anchorage Digital: Moses Lee, Head of Asia

​Moses Lee serves as the Head of Asia for Anchorage Digital and is based in Singapore. He represents the company and its full digital assets platform to Anchorage Digital’s highest value clients, prospects, and partners. Moses was previously the Head of Futures & Options Electronic Trading Asia at J.P. Morgan, and has over 20 years of experience in both traditional finance and digital assets in Asia.

​-Kudasai: Dr. Pudding, Co-Founder of Kudasai / Omakase

​After completing graduate studies at Kyoto University, Dr. Pudding (he has a Life Science Ph.D.) entered the cryptocurrency market in 2016. Currently serving as a Director at Kudasai Co., Ltd., which was established in 2020 and hosts "KudasaiJP," one of Japan's largest cryptocurrency communities. Kudasai Co., Ltd. offers multifaceted and comprehensive growth support solutions, including the planning and development of blockchain startups, advisory services, community expansion, and educational content provision. Additionally, its subsidiary, Omakase Co., Ltd., operates blockchain validators and provides related technologies.
