​Welcome to "Social Presencing Theater (SPT) Recap - Practice Space" . We meet on Wednesdays from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM CET to reconnect to unwind mid-week and practice in Presence.

​We engage in SPT exercises each week and provide a moment to pause, write, and reflect on our experiences. An opportunity to explore the wisdom of your body and the present moment in a supportive and nurturing virtual space. All levels experience levels are welcome.
