About Event

This 60-minute experience is pure flexibility training.  Most of the poses are mat-based with long holds held at high levels of sensation paired with a conscious, intentional breath to calm the Central Nervous System.  This practice is very intense, and –with some consistency of practice –offers the potential to greatly improve flexibility by restoring basic range-of-motion (bROM).

Class sequences include Happy Hips, Hamstring Freedom, Happy Back, Supple Shoulders and Targeted Flexibility Training.

Please bring a yoga mat, two blocks, a strap, a yoga bolster and a chair or a stool.  For some poses, it is advantageous to be close enough to a wall to use the wall as a prop to support the work.
