Johann Young - Founder and Chairman of YCapital

Johann Young is a prominent entrepreneur and investor in telecommunications and technology. He began his career with Hutchison in the early 1990s and was a founding team of Orange Mobile. Johann has served on boards of global public companies and invested in successful tech startups that became Unicorns, including Formula E racing, Zalora, Jumia, Beyond Meat, and Sigma Lithium. He founded S5 Systems, which became the largest biometric security company in the Asia Pacific region. He is a graduate in Business Finance and Business Data Processing and holds a Master's in Business Systems Analysis and Design, along with several global technology patents.

Rosemary Marie - Investor Relations and Co-Founder.

Rosemary serves as Advisor to the Board at Entropy Foundation , Supra Oracles, Igor Pay, and Adastec. Currently serves as Investment Manager at Asia MetaMedia Foundation and previously as Global Market Director at YG Capital Mgmt. Committed to innovation in electric vehicles, autonomous software, and blockchain technology.

Kamil Guclu - Corporate Development and Co-founder.

Kamil has over 25 years of global sales and pre-sales management experience in the tech industry, specializing in innovating startups and OEMs. Previously, he held the position of Group Vice President at Oracle EMEA, where he managed a 1 billion USD profit and loss (P&L).

Currently, Kamil serves on the boards of Technopc, Smart Energy Holding (a publicly traded company where he was directly involved in the IPO process), Medrics, Igor Pay, and Adastec Corp.

As the Chairman of Adastec’s Investment Office, he oversees investor relations and global sales for AI-based autonomous commercial vehicles. Additionally, Kamil is an active angel investor, advisor, and a G20 and WBAF Senator.

He studied a PhD in electronics and holds M.Sc. in Computer Science.

Monica Mikac - Advisory Board

Monica is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 13 years in the EV industry, currently serving as CEO of NAD Capital (UK). She previously held key roles at QEV Technologies (ESP) and Turbo Energy (ESP), securing significant investments and listing technologies on NASDAQ. Known for her contributions at Rimac Automobili (CRO), she helped grow the company from 1 to 350 employees and raised over €50 million. Monika is also an angel investor, board advisor, and a member of the Women Green Leaders Club. She holds a degree in Political Science and additional qualifications in venture capital and ESG business advisory

Miguel Valldecabres Polop- Strategy and Co-founder

Miguel Valldecabres developed an early interest in racing and e-mobility. After studying Economics and earning an MSc from the University of Southampton, he gained motorsport experience as CFO at Campos Racing and business acumen as a Senior Auditor at PwC. He founded Chic-Kles, generating €30 million annually, and co-founded FIA Formula E, raising over €70 million. Miguel then founded QEV Technologies, leading it to become a top e-mobility solutions provider in Spain. In 2020, he became CEO of EvDynamics, focusing on restructuring and international growth in electric bus and van manufacturing.
