This is a fun session using our incredible bodies as resistance! We’ll work the entire body—focusing on balance, coordination, and mind-muscle connection.
Each exercise is performed for 45 seconds, with 15 seconds to transition to the next move.
Expect:
High intensity, low impact
No jumping
Focus on depth, form, and presence
All levels are welcome!
