This is a cozy, sensory space to reconnect with your body, your story, and your sense of direction. Through gentle Afro-rooted movement, grounding rituals, and reflective prompts, we’ll move through what we carry — and remember what’s possible.
Expect soft textures, music that holds you, and a circle of thoughtful people who just get it.
This session lives somewhere between a salon and a ritual — a place to pause, soften, and be witnessed without pressure or performance.

Saran Koly is a strategist, storyteller, and cultural curator based in London. She leads Subtile, a creative studio and consultancy, and curates experiences through THRUM by Subtile — where culture, care, and change meet.
Her work is rooted in the belief that true influence whispers, and that the body carries stories worth honoring. She creates spaces that are both grounded and expansive — where people can slow down, reflect, and move with clarity and intention.
