This convention will take place on November 13, 2024. We’re thrilled to invite product designers, content designers and researchers in Bengaluru to an event that promises to inspire and ignite creativity. ​Our Speakers

​Meghan Enright - Director of Product Design, Uber

​Meghan leads design for Uber’s rider experience, verticals, and maps. Previously, she worked at Meta’s Reality Labs, driving innovation in user interfaces, and at Amazon’s Alexa Voice Services, focusing on voice interaction design. Her experience in large-scale tech environments fuels her leadership in pushing design excellence at Uber.

​Parameswaran Venkataraman - Co-founder & Behavioral Designer, 3 Big Things

​Param is co-founder of ‘3 Big Things’, a behavioural design studio. Over the last 25+ years, his work has included leadership roles at Tata Digital, IDEO, Dr. Reddy’s, and Fractal.ai. He is one of the early pioneers and leaders of Design Thinking and Behavioral Design in India. Param has been responsible in leading and setting up customer-centric innovation lab efforts over the last 10-12 years in various organisations across industries. Some of the work led by Param for Dr. Reddy’s is now a featured case study in IDEO U’s course on Designing for Change.

​Justin Marr - Design Director, Intuit

​Justin Marr (aka Jmarr) is a Design Director at Intuit, where he leads innovation and design for Intuit’s AI-driven platform experiences. Previously a Design Director at Uber, he led the design and delivery of experiences at scale such as Uber Rentals, Uber for Business, Customer Obsession, and Uber Money. Beyond the world of product design, he finds inspiration in architecture and spaces (both earthly and beyond).
