"The main focus of this talk will be on Mental Fitness and the powerful role that it plays in our lives —not just in sports (although my experience is heavy on the sports and coaching side), but in all parts of who we are and who we want to be. I will talk about things like fear of failure, imposter syndrome, bouncing back from setbacks, and staying motivated through the ups and downs of our everyday life. I will touch upon how to develop one’s “Inner Coach” to work through things like goal-setting, building on intentions, improved focus, confidence and resilience. " - Linda
