About the speakers
Alisa Burkhard, Co-Founder, Vectra Advisors
Alisa is a founder at Vectra Advisors. She is a seasoned legal advisor specializing in Swiss and international corporate and commercial law, with a strong focus on VC deals, financing rounds, M&A transactions, contract negotiation, and guiding founders through successful exits. She employs a LAWYER+ approach, seamlessly integrating legal expertise with a deep understanding of business strategy. Alisa has extensive experience working with a diverse range of clients, including VC funds, family offices, tech start-ups, and charitable foundations, by serving as an integral part of their legal and business teams.
Milos Stokic, Co-Founder, Relio
Miloš Stokić is the co-founder and head of marketing at Relio, where he manages marketing and first-line operations. He holds an MSc in Economics and Communications from the University of Lugano and has over 10 years of marketing experience.
Relio is a Swiss fintech offering fiat payment accounts for complex B2B clients, including crypto-friendly solutions for web3 companies. Relio holds a FINMA fintech licence and is backed by investors including SIX Group, TX Ventures and HTGF.
Pablo Castillo, Co-Founder, CEO & CTO, Chain4Travel:
Pablo is Co-founder of Chain4travel, delivering the first layer 1 blockchain for the global travel industry, "Camino," ready to take advantage of the next iteration of technology and the web3 age.
He is the former Group CIO and Executive Board member of Hotelplan Group from 2014 to 2021, has vast and proven experience delivering complex projects across all European markets with a strong business focus. Pablo started his career in tourism over 25 years ago, selling trips for Kuoni, and has held various positions within Tour Operating, Data & Content Management, eCommerce, and international Project & Innovation Program Management for various international travel companies.
Philippe Bernet, Founding Partner, BackBone Ventures
Philippe Bernet is a founding partner of BackBone Ventures, a Swiss & German pre-seed VC investing in underrepresented founders primarily in Switzerland and Germany. Philippe mostly does investments in the B2B, DeepTech & ClimateTech space. He holds a Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of St.Gallen
Philipp Spoegler, Co-Founder, Dachverbund; Former CFO, Nexxiot
Philipp Spoegler recently co-founded Dachverbund, a roll-up venture focused on consolidating leading businesses in the German skilled crafts sector. Prior to this, he was CFO at Nexxiot, a Zurich-based logistics technology company, where he helped secure over CHF 100 million in funding and contributed to scaling the business from a small ETH spin-off to a company with over 100 employees. He began his career at Bain & Company, advising clients on digital transformation and corporate strategy. Philipp studied at WU Vienna and the University of St. Gallen.
Stéphanie Fuchs is a Swiss and Liechtenstein tax advisor and the founder of Stéphanie Fuchs Consulting, a boutique advisory firm specialising in cross-border taxation, blockchain, and emerging technologies. She advises corporations, DAOs, family offices, and private individuals on structuring and compliance across jurisdictions.
Before establishing her own firm, she worked for two Big Four firms, a leading tax boutique, and a top-tier law firm, focusing on complex international tax matters involving trusts, foundations, M&A, and digital assets. She has a background in economic journalism and hosts the podcast “Lesson Nr. 1: Don’t fall”, where she explores the intersections of rules, resilience, and real-world decision-making.
