

Cooperation Day 2025
How can we have more collective ownership over our housing, our work and our finances?
Join cooperators on Sunday 13th July for a full day of workshops, presentations and advice, with opportunities for all to connect, explore new ideas learn from each other.
We will have speakers from:
Kitty's Laundrette, a community-run laundrette and social space in Liverpool
Stirchley Co-operative Development, a housing and worker co-operative in Birmingham
Matchstick Piehouse, an anti-capitalist music venue in Deptford recently taken over by its workers
Cybertease, a workers owned strip club
Mary Ann Johnson and The Drive housing co-ops in north London
Kin Collective, a new online platform for money pooling
Cooperation Town, a movement of community food co-ops
workers.coop - a federation of worker led cooperatives
and many other inspiring cooperatives :)
Everyone is welcome to join any of the the sessions, as well as a free freshly cooked meal, live music and kids activities at Cooperation Town's community garden.

1-2-1 advice sessions (sign up for a slot on arrival)
Kids and gardening activities
BBQ and freshly cooked food (inc vegetarian and vegan options)
5:45 - Socialising with old and new friends in the community garden (BYOB)
