Esmeralda Open House + Parks & Open Space Workshop

​​​Hello from Devon! My team and I are excited to welcome you to another event regarding the Esmeralda development project that we are proposing for the Alexander Valley Resort (AVR) site on the southeast end of Cloverdale.

​​The format of the Open House will be informal. We will set up stations around the main room addressing various topics of interest, from open space, to transportation, to the design vision for the future resort-hotel. You’ll be able to speak directly to team members about each topic.
