Rooftop Sunday Rising Bliss -Yoga, Sound & Journaling
Join BWYC in NYC for an intentional Sunday AM full of Wellness Bliss at ART Soho Rooftop at Arlo Hotel Soho.
This event will feature:
- a 40-min gentle yoga flow focused led by Drew
- a 20 min nourishing sound bath using bronze + crystal singing bowls and chimes by certified practitioner Dí
- a 30 min guided intentional journaling exercise + community conversation with Mel
All attendees will receive a goodie bag that includes a journal to use during the workshop.
We'll have mats and a light refreshment available but you're also welcome to bring your own.
After the wellness experience join us for community connection at a cafe nearby.
