​Theta aims to become Asia's First Social Wellness Club, bringing together a modern collective seeking new ways of socialisation with physical, mental and emotional benefits whilst developing a deeper connection to community through shared experience in Contrast Therapy, Breath work and Sound Healing.

​We're bringing together our Theta Investor Community and our extended Theta team (Interior Designer, Marketing, Sauna and Cold plunge Contractor) for a social meet-and-greet! Guests will be in for a treat of the Theta Experience, with our Contrast Therapy, Breath work, Sound Healing program specially prepared for the afternoon.
