​A Women's Gathering

​Join Katie and Tali for an evening of movement, exploration, and reconnecting to who we are as women—feeling, sensual, communal beings, deeply in tune with the rhythms of our bodies and the natural world.

​Explore feminine embodiment through light, juicy somatic movement to release tension and awaken to the feelings and sensations of the body. Engage in sharing and ritual—there will be chocolate!

​Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Mats and eye pillows are provided, but feel free to bring your own, with anything else that supports your movement and relaxation.

​Join the Lovefest to come home to yourself and your embodied wisdom.
