Louisville's reputation as a big "little city" feels accurate and yet I keep running into interesting local business leaders I've never met.

So I started my own event at The Royal Room, called The HILL - Huddle of Interesting Local Leaders (yes, I love a good acronym). I've teamed up with two of Louisville's best, Sydney Doctor and Deryl Sweeney to help me find and connect more great leaders. They are both great people with big networks and want Louisville and our leaders to prosper.

​Here’s the format for the 10-12 attendees.

- Coffee and mingling
- 2 Huddles where we physically circle up and talk about a topic for 5 minutes

We'll be meeting at The Royal Room in Norton Commons.

Yes, you can wear whatever you wear to work (even WFH).

No, you will not be sold anything by anyone.

​Finally, since we're hand selecting the group, we ask you not invite others.
