The Warm Up is the wellness piece of The Drop—an early morning reset for founders who want to feel strong, clear, and grounded before a full day of thinking, talking, and trading playbooks.
We’re doing this on the beach, with one of our very own leading the workout(more on that soon). You’ll move, breathe, maybe sweat a little. Nothing too intense—but enough to feel alive again.
Then: cold towels, fresh juice, good coffee, and time to take in the view.
No lectures. No name tags. Just 50 people who build hard—taking an hour to slow down.

About the Organizers
