Meet your speaker: Brett Roberts, Business Innovation Advisor @ Callaghan Innovation, Managing Director @ Business IQ, Ex-Community Director @ kiwiSaas Community

About: Brett started his career as an Avionics Engineer at Air New Zealand. Since then he’s held senior leadership and technology roles at Microsoft, co-founded business strategy consultancy Business IQ and been Chief Executive of Cucumber Digital, a Business Innovation Advisor at Callaghan Innovation, Associate Director of Digital Experience at Datacom and Community Director @ kisiSaas Community.

His top 5 Clifton Strengths are Strategic, Ideation, Relator, Futuristic and Positivity which explains his knack for spotting new opportunities early on, figuring out how to get something started from scratch, solving tricky problems, understanding the big picture and spotting trends, connections and patterns. He’s built a strong reputation as both a left-field and strategic thinker and has a natural affinity for bringing others along for the ride with positivity, humour, empathy and optimism.
