But most of all, our classes ELEVATE the way you think about YOUR yoga practice.

Please join me for our Summer Series.

Expect to work on strength, stability AND flexibility in a useful and usable sequence that is adaptable for all levels.

The focus for our Summer Series is STRENGTH and STABILITY.

You are welcome to register for the entire series or single classes.

​Members of The Elevate Practice please register with the code ELEVATE for your discount. If you are not sure if the discount applies to you simply reach out.

There will be a supplemental OPTIONAL video sent each week to review the sequence we do each Sunday (kind of like homework but WAY more fun!)
