Sommelier - Damien Borghi
Damien Borghi's journey began in the warm sun-kissed streets of Marseille, where the aroma of fresh baguettes and sea breeze are part of everyday life. Inspired by his hometown's passion for culinary delights, Damien embarked on a career as a sommelier, honing his craft over 19 years. In Monaco, Damien's expertise shone as he catered to the world's finest - Hollywood icons, F1 champions,
and billionaires—who sought his recommendations for the best wines.
