About Event

Program Overview

An intensive 3-session coaching program for founders at any early stage—whether you're still ideating or have already built a solution that isn't gaining traction.

Through structured frameworks, you'll acquire tools for systematically validating if your idea solves a real problem that customers will pay to fix, allowing you to pivot, refine, or confidently move forward with your existing solution.

For Founders Who Are:

  • Struggling to acquire customers despite marketing efforts

  • Unsure if they're solving a genuine problem worth paying for

  • Confused about why a built product isn't getting traction

  • Facing low conversion rates despite traffic or interest

  • Running out of runway without validated traction

  • Need to reframe their approach whether pre-build or post-launch

Program Structure

Tue 4/8th
Tue 4/15th
Tue 4/22nd
1 hour each session.

Session 1: Identify the Real Problem

Focus Areas:

  • Deconstructing your current business model assumptions

  • Mapping the "jobs to be done" for your target customers

  • Distinguishing between symptoms and root problems

  • For built products: Analyzing existing user feedback and behavior

  • Creating a Problem Statement Canvas to clarify what you're really solving

  • Designing evidence-gathering approaches to validate the problem exists

Outcome: A clear understanding of what problem you're testing and a strategic plan for gathering evidence before Session 2.

Session 2: Test Desirability With or Without Code

Focus Areas:

  • Reviewing findings from problem validation

  • Mapping your customer's current alternatives and workarounds

  • For pre-build founders: Developing low-fidelity concepts to test hypotheses

  • For post-build founders: Structuring tests using your existing solution

  • Crafting minimum viable conversations to assess willingness to pay

  • Developing strategies to test multiple value hypotheses

Outcome: A validated problem with evidence of willingness to pay and a clear value proposition that resonates with real customers.

Session 3: Live Q&A and Feedback

This session is fully dedicated to founders’ questions and discussion.
We’ll:

  • Review key learnings from Sessions 1 and 2

  • Answer open questions and challenges from participants

  • Offer personalized feedback on your problem validation and value proposition

  • Discuss the next steps and how to apply these insights moving forward

Outcome: Clarity, feedback, and direction tailored to your specific startup stage and problem area.

"We spent six months building a product nobody wanted. This bootcamp helped us realize we were solving the wrong problem altogether. After three weeks of validation work, we pivoted to a solution customers are actually willing to pay for." — Previous Bootcamp Participant
