About Event

Tools for Thought Rocks! is a talk series about using computers as tools for thinking. Sessions are intended to facilitate an interchange of ideas and promote the interoperability of tools.

​​Each talk will be 20 minutes long, with ~10 minutes for Q&A.

​​Speakers:

  • ​Weiwei Hsu: Pace layering for thinking together: Communicating and collaborating on a project often occurs at several layers of speed. How might different tools and routines support us in thinking together better?

  • Alan Chan is going to talk about his inspiration for creating a visual playground for notes, called Project Meta.

Workflow Walkthroughs:

  • Eric Burns is going to show off how he captures, organizes, and communicates thoughts via Notion, blog, and doodle videos.
