About our Speakers:
[Moderator] Jonathan Pentzien, Singapore Managing Partner at Gunderson Dettmer
Jon is the managing and founding partner of Gunderson Dettmer’s Singapore office. Previously based in the firm’s New York office, Jon has over 15 years of experience advising global emerging growth technology companies throughout their lifecycle and acting for venture and growth equity investors on some of the largest financing rounds and M&A transactions in India and Southeast Asia. Jon is recognized as a Leading Individual for Start-Up and Venture Capital by The Legal 500 Asia-Pacific since 2023, a Band 1 Leading Individual for Startups & Emerging Companies by Chambers Asia-Pacific since 2021, and named to India Business Law Journal’s A-List since 2020.
Dr. Wen Qi Ho, Therapeutic Lead at ClavystBio
Wen Qi is the Therapeutic Lead at ClavystBio, focusing on investing in and building global healthcare companies from Singapore. Previously CEO at Lightstone Ventures, she played a major role in establishing the firm’s presence in Singapore and was actively involved in venture-building companies like Medisix Therapeutics and Allay Therapeutics. Wen Qi advocates for early career researcher participating in biotech entrepreneurship, and serves on advisory and grant review panels in Singapore. She also serves on boards of ClavystBio’s portfolio companies. Wen Qi holds a PhD in Immunology from Stanford University, and BSc in Molecular and Cellular Biology at Johns Hopkins University.
Ritika Khetawat, Founder at MissionBridge
RRitika is the founder of MissionBridge, a consulting firm specialising in early-stage capital raising for innovative start-ups in the biotech and medtech space. Ritika has raised over US$2 Billion through her work spanning investment banking and start-up fundraising across South East Asia and India. She successfully managed large-scale M&A transactions and fundraising efforts, driving significant impact for her clients at both Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, in the early years of her career. In her most recent role as the Head of Corporate Development for a growth-stage biotech firm in Singapore, Ritika played a key role in securing over US$300 million in funding from leading investors and sovereign wealth funds in the region.
