​​Rhett Jones followed his love for mountain biking by creating his own mountain bike park outside Austin TX while a junior in high school. He got a $3 M land lease, raised $350 k and built a bike park that generates $300k+ in revenue per year. 

​Cecy Rivera is a social entrepreneur who founded two organizations, Competitive Edge and The School of Life, created to bridge discrepancies within the education system and aimed to further the advancement of Latinos in her community. Her contributions to the Hispanic community have earned her the recognition of Hispanic Star: Changemakers Shaping America from the United Nations.
