Q: What is the cost of attending the workshop?
A: Owing to the overwhelming response and our commitment to ensure accessibility for all attendees, we have decided not to impose any workshop registration fee for licensees and co organisers that are approved to attend.
We will levy a charge for unregistered attendees.
Any expenses for food and beverages will be based on individual consumption at the venue/s.
Q: Is there a dress code?
A: We'd love it if you could sport your TEDx t-shirts (if you've got one). But if not, no worries – just rock some red threads and you'll fit right in!
Q: Who is responsible for travel and accommodation expenses?
A: Attendees are expected to handle their own travel and accommodation expenses.
Q: Is this workshop open to anyone interested in TEDx?
A: This workshop is designed exclusively for active and invited TEDx Licensees and co- organizers and team members. It is not suitable for individuals who are solely interested in learning about TEDx without being part of an organizing team. It is not suitable for aspiring applicants or rejected applicants.
Licensees must write to ankit@tedxgateway.com to nominate additional team members to attend. We may charge a workshop fee of INR 2,000/- to unregistered attendees.

Q: Who else will be attending the workshop?
A: We are excited to confirm that over 100+ licensees have already registered and confirmed for the event. Additionally, a representative from the TED team will be joining us, making it a fantastic learning experience for all attendees.
Q: Can I participate in the workshop remotely?
A: The focus of this event is on in-person engagement, so we won't be providing an option for remote or online participation.

Notice: Attendee Rules & Charges
1. The workshop is **FREE** for approved attendees + Primary Licensees and Co-Organizers who have registered with us.
2. Unapproved or unregistered attendees will be charged an entry fee of INR 2,000 + Taxes at the entrance.
3. Costs for Food & Beverages are not covered by the organizers. Attendees will be informed of any additional charges for F&B as needed. Exceptions will be communicated directly.
4. All attendees MUST adhere to venue and event rules.
5. Attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation.
