Somatics for Individual and Collective Liberation

In a time of deep collective reckoning, many of us are asking how to show up with strength, clarity, and compassion — without burning out or bypassing our own pain. “Somatic work” has become a buzzword, but few truly understand how body-based healing can transform not just our personal well-being, but also our capacity to be of service in times of upheaval.

Join Amanda Baudier alongside Victoria O’Neal and Nadia Irshaid Gilbert for a powerful evening exploring the intersection of personal healing and collective liberation. We'll begin with a candid conversation on how unresolved stress and emotional residue keep us stuck in survival mode — and how nervous system regulation can open the door to presence, purpose, and power.

This will be an experiential event combining dialogue, somatic practice, and co-created embodiment. You'll leave with a deeper understanding of how personal liberation fuels collective action — and with tangible tools to support your own journey. As we liberate ourselves, we gain the capacity to liberate all beings everywhere.

Led By: Amanda Baudier, Victoria O'Neal, Nadia Irshaid Gilbert
