Hi Ladies! Let’s kickstart the day the best way we know how—moving, vibing, and soaking up that early morning energy!

Join us Sunday at 7 AM for a fun and refreshing Rise & Run at Hollywood Regional Park!

📍 Meet-Up Spot: Soccer Field Parking Lot (Hollywood & Sahara )

🧡 Start Time: 7 AM (We’ll wait 15 minutes before we take off)

☀️ Morning Vibes: It's starting to get warmer but make sure you bring a light jacket!

Here’s the game plan:

🌼 The park loop is 1.5 miles—run as many (or as few) as you’d like!

🎀 Not in a running mood? No worries! Join our Walking Girlies & get those Steps in!👟

✨️It’s all about good vibes, new friendships, and moving our bodies together!
