COHA is an integration-point that bridges the connecting points of you soul-star (an energy center above your head), your higher heart center (an energy center connected to you thymus gland), and the earth-star (an energy point below you feet, which grounds all energy-centers to earthly powers).

Practical information about the form of the process:
You will receive a herbal tea made by two master-teacher plants: Mugworth (for sacral & third eye activation) & Blue Lotus Flower (for third eye and heart activation).
We practice a 3000 year old protective prayer together
We Breath (You will follow your bodies subtle breathing and repeat the holy Aramaic words: Rukha d'Koodsha (Holy Spirit), Malkoota d'Shmeya (Kingdom of Heaven)
We Dance (We will gently move the body to loosen up and prepare the body for laying down)
You lay down to receive the COHA frequencies through energy from the quantum field and soundhealing.
You follow the natural request of the Body: move, stand, lay, sit up... allow the new energy and resources to stream in by following your inner guidance.
The callback will be gentle, candlelight cozy and soft. You will be offered some fruit and nuts.

Who can attend:
Can I attend if i am pregnant? Yes. Very much so! If you are pregnant attending up until the point of month 8, is safe.
Can I attend if i am on antidepressant or strong psychotropic drugs? No. The medicine might fight against the natural energy, and increase disruptive imbalances. I recommend booking a 1:1 session with me instead. (you will find a link to my website below)
Can men and women attend? Most surely. This is a ceremony for you from you. It is your process, your body and you won' feel or be bothered by gender - you will feel safe. Your body - (your instrument of Gods force) will bring your energy into a anchored motion of trust and soul-empowerment (strength).

Preparation:
Bring a water bottle with water in it - to hydrate yourself after our ceremony.
Wear comfortable clothes
Restrain from eating heavy food 2-3 hours before our gathering.
Make sure to have food on you for the ride home. You might feel massively hungry all of a sudden. So be prepared.
Energetic preparation:
When you sign up know that your soul will start preparing your mental, emotional and overall physical health, prior to our Ceremony. This looks different for everyone. Yet I can assure you, that it is done with immense care and respect for your personal evolution-process as a human.
