This one’s for the culture, the community, and the trailblazers who made a way.
On May 17th, we’re gathering in the heart of Uptown Chicago — a neighborhood built by Southeast Asian refugees and immigrants — to celebrate AANHPI Heritage Month with intention, joy, and solidarity.
AANHPI Forward is more than an event — it’s a moment.
Hosted at Haibayo (1132 W. Argyle St), the day unfolds with:
2:00PM – 7:00PM: Community activations & pop-ups
4:30PM – 5:30PM: In Bloom panel discussion featuring powerful AANHPI voices
5:30PM-8:30PM After Party vibes with Lew Wong, Jake Gatsby, and DJ Illest
