About Event
Laura Quinn is a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and head trainer in Pilates for Alo Wellness Club in Los Angeles. She grew up dancing since she was about four years old, focusing on ballet, hip-hop, and contemporary styles, and translated her love of dance into fitness. Her passion for teaching motivated her to go back to school and receive her certifications.
Join Alo Moves and Alo Wellness Club trainer Laura Quinn for a mat Pilates class that mixes bands and bodyweight to help you lengthen and strengthen your muscles. You'll improve your flexibility and alignment while working up a sweat.
