Leilani Vella (they/them), is the principal at AquaTerra Sustainability, a start up consultancy. They help advise startup founders for growth strategy, fundraising, and team development in Asia, Europe, and US. They have a specialty in climate tech infrastructure, pilot project design, and regenerative business model principles.
TJ Kinion (he/him), people leader at Revive Real Estate, formerly of Sofar Ocean. He's hired and seen teams scale while pivoting, and built the infrastructure to be successful.
Casey Rieder (he/him), is an exited founder and the owner of Magic 8 Group, a fractional CFO and growth advisory firm that specializes in climate and hard tech companies. He and his team manage finance, operations, and spending decisions for early stage founders and small business owners.
