More encompassing than a fixed attachment style or a love language, we will explore how understanding the energies that come up in relationships are the keys to a dynamic and alive experience.
Drawing on insights from depth psychology, marriage and family counseling and the wisdom traditions that she is steeped in, Dene will help us unravel the ownership-based model most of us were raised with and introduces a more spacious, self-honoring way of relating.
The format will include lecture, discussion and smaller breakout rooms where we can connect with others in the class and try out some of the tools we are learning in real-time!
