The Zone Series: For Athletes & Coaches - How to Spend More Time at Your Best—And Help Others Do the Same

With Mavis Karn, Darragh Power, Nikon Gormley, Martin Dara

We all know what it feels like when everything just clicks—
No struggle. No overthinking. Just effortless flow.

And then… it disappears.

You try to recreate it. Push harder. Think your way back in.
But the more you try, the further away it feels.

If you’re tired of chasing that experience, this is your invitation to stop the chase—and finally understand what makes the zone naturally available.

Two Programs. One Simple Truth.

The zone isn’t something you achieve through more effort—
It’s your natural state when mental clutter falls away.

This simple shift changes everything.

For athletes, it means performing at your best not by trying harder—but by allowing your natural abilities to emerge through a quieter mind.

For coaches, it means seeing that you don’t have to carry the weight of your athletes’ success. You help others best when you’re grounded, clear, and present yourself.

Who Is This For?

Athletes of all levels who:

  • Feel stuck chasing “the zone” but rarely experience it.

  • Work hard but find that more effort doesn’t always lead to better performance.

  • Want to perform at their best with more ease and less overthinking.

  • Are open to exploring a fresh perspective on peak performance—beyond techniques and mental strategies.

  • Sense there’s a better way but don’t know where to look.

Coaches, Trainers, and Mentors who:

  • Know what it feels like to coach from the zone—but struggle to stay there.

  • Feel responsible for their athletes’ success and carry that weight heavily.

  • Are losing the joy of coaching under pressure and expectation.

  • Want to guide others from a place of clarity, calm, and genuine presence.

  • Sense there’s a simpler, more sustainable way to lead—but aren’t sure how to access it.

📚 Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be a professional athlete or coach to join?

Not at all. These programs are designed for athletes and coaches at all levels. Whether you’re just starting out or have years of experience, you’ll find fresh insights that meet you exactly where you are.

Will this be full of techniques and mental strategies?

No. This is not another list of tips and tactics. Instead, we explore a deeper understanding of how the mind works—so you naturally experience more clarity, ease, and high performance without trying harder.

What if I can’t attend the live sessions?

No problem. All sessions will be recorded, and you’ll have access to the recordings for 6 months. You can revisit them anytime, at your own pace.

Can I attend both programs?

Yes! In fact, we encourage it if you’re both an athlete and a coach—or if you want to deeply understand both perspectives. We offer a special rate when you join both programs.

How is this different from other performance or coaching programs?

Most programs focus on what to do. This program points you toward a deeper understanding of how things already work—which changes everything. Instead of chasing the zone, you’ll discover it’s already within reach when you understand what gets in the way.

Lastly,

If something in this speaks to you…

We’d love to explore this with you—live, real, and human. When you’re ready, your seat is waiting.
