Babylon Labs，Head of Devrel: Jenks is an out-going full-stack developer passionate about distributed systems and blockchain consensus. He is currently Head of Developer Relations building a brand new Babylon Chain’s developer experience for developers working on proof of stake chain developers.
OP_Cat Core Contributor: Xiaohui Liu is the founder and CEO of sCrypt Inc., a company dedicated to providing full-stack development platform for UTXO blockchains like Bitcoin. Previously, he was a co-founder and the Chief Scientist at blockchain startup ContentBox. Before that, he was a Research Scientist at Facebook in the Connectivity Lab, conducting fundamental research to make internet access available worldwide. He has a Ph.D. in Computer Science, specialising in peer-to-peer distributed networking.
