"In the heart of Bairro Alto, the Tapa Bucho concept began in Portugal, the land that inspires us. With a curious mind, we explore flavors from everywhere and without prejudice, but we always go back to our roots.
As good Portuguese people, we know exactly what flavors you need to start an epic gastronomic experience!

Couvert Butter, bread, olive oil, and olives
Cheese and Sausage Board A selection of the house’s best Portuguese cheeses and cured meats
Hummus Duo with Toasts Two styles of creamy hummus served with crispy toasts
Croquettes A mix of alheira (smoked Portuguese sausage) and calamari croquettes
Portobello Grilled portobello mushrooms with ponzu sauce and a slow-poached egg
Creamy Buckwheat Buckwheat with mushrooms, green asparagus, veggie demi-glace, and Parmesan
Chicken Katsu Crispy breaded chicken with roasted tomato sauce and Parmesan
Huevos Rotos Fried potatoes with sautéed onions, cream cheese, and prosciutto
Pica-Pau Stir-fried beef with pickles in a savory dark sauce
Ceviche Fresh fish marinated in leche de tigre, served with sweet potato purée, crispy corn, and algae
Desserts A shared selection of sweets, served with coffee

With a mission to visit all 196 countries, she shares her experiences through a unique lens, blending travel tips, cultural insights, and reflections that invite others to see the world more deeply. From savoring Portugal’s culinary scene to capturing moments that reveal the spirit of each place she visits, Nicole brings people together to celebrate culture and adventure. When she’s not on the road, she creates spaces for connection—hosting dinners and events where stories flow as freely as the wine.
