The talent crunch is upon us.
As founders and company builders we face the challenge of finding the right tech talent and scaling teams. Talk to any founder or HR, the most difficult hiring positions are developers. The problem begins with finding the right suitable techie for you, then comes the expectation management and retention. Even if you have found the person, you can’t be sure if they are going to join you or not. This problem primarily arises due to discrepancy in the supply and the demand. Even if there are thousands and thousands engineers in India right now, the talented ones have always been a few, and we all fight to pick from the pool.
Obviously the solution the pops out is with the increasing demand, the supply of talented individuals should also increase. At Imarticus & Skillenza we are trying to solve this problem with one engineer at a time.
This problem has eternally been a tough nut to crack, however some of our fellow founders have been successful enough in cracking it. A lot of us have fixed part of the problem and we all hold a part of the puzzle.
We at Skillenza and Imarticus are bringing together those successful case studies, stories and anecdotes to put together all the pieces of this puzzles and create thus create a beautiful picture.
