Our team at Talent Army has partnered with CarbonInvoice to bring you something special - our Planting Action Day where we're going for a new attendance record. We want YOU to be part of it and help us plant well over 1,000 native trees! 🌳🌳🌳🌳
What's it all about?
We're teaming up with the awesome team at CarbonInvoice for an unforgettable day of native tree planting, good vibes, and great company. This isn't your typical corporate event - we're getting our hands dirty, planting hundreds of native trees, and then celebrating with $5,000 on the bar at The Featherston Tavern because that's how we roll! 🍻
It's your chance to escape the desk, meet legends from across Wellington's business community, and actually make a tangible impact while having a blast doing it.
This is not just another Friday. This is your chance to:

The itinerary:
12:00 PM → Bus departure from BNZ, 1 Whitmore Street, Wellington Central
1:00 PM - 1:30 PM → Official welcome by the Talent Army team, site introduction, health and safety, planting demo
1:30 PM - 3:15 PM → Tree Planting Action 🌳
3:15 PM - 3:30 PM → Group photo, declare victory & prize-giving
3:30 PM - 4:00 PM → BBQ late lunch/snacks & networking 🌭
After 4:00 PM → Return to Wellington city by bus
Evening → Talent Army is putting $5,000 on the bar to say thanks to our eco-warriers! 🍻🍷
What's to expect?
Something different from typical corporate events - this is impactful and generates authentic content people love to share and watch.
Guided tree planting led by local experts at the beautiful Catchpool Valley where 500 and 2,000 native trees will be planted.
A little friendly competition – prizes for most trees planted, best team effort, and most enthusiastic planter.
Good people, great networking, and a few muddy high-fives in a setting that creates natural conversation.
Photos and video from the day will be shared with all attendees - perfect content for your own business sustainability story, and to showcase your commitment to local environmental restoration.
Music and good vibes throughout the planting activity.
Minimal effort required - we handle everything from logistics to equipment, you simply need to show up.
