Maintain your focus in 2021 by joining this goal-setting workshop to help you identify and develop an action plan to set and meet realistic, meaningful goals.

The Building Blocks of Mental Wellness ✅

Thursday, January 21, at 6pm

There are key practices that are proven to build your mental wellness, empowering you to feel strong in challenging times and lighter in your everyday life.

Vice or Virtue: Understanding the Role of Substances in Your Life 🗓️

Tuesday, January 26 at 12pm

We’ll look at how we use substances to cope with our everyday lives, learn how to recognize when we are taking it too far, and understand what to do when we cross the line.

Anxiety & You: Making Anxiety Make Sense 🗓️

Thursday, January 28 at 2pm

Don't let anxiety get the best of you! While it's inevitable, there are key strategies that you can learn to identify and manage anxious feelings when it counts.

Advance registration is required. By registering for this series, you don't have to attend all of the sessions (though it would be awesome if you did!).
