Refund Policy:
Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the event organizers.
The Luma Platform fee is nonrefundable.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event date.
In the event of a cancellation by the organizers, a full refund will be provided to all registered attendees.
