​About Our Speaker

​Áine Mulloy is an accomplished startup/innovation design strategist. She was previously the co-founder of GirlCrew, a social networking platform that scaled across 200 cities worldwide, so has firsthand experience in the highs & lows of founding a startup.

​In her varied career she has supported enterprises as they sought to be more innovative through product development, new market entry & workforce transformation. In her current role at AWS, she supports scaling startups as they look to expand globally.

​Áine has been a strong advocate for women in technology and entrepreneurship, emphasising the importance of inclusivity and diversity in the tech industry. Her work has been recognised in global media, including Forbes, CNN, the Irish Times, and many more. And she was previously a TedX speaker and IDI Design for Good winner. Today, Áine is an active Angel Investor and also sits on the board of Dublin Fringe Festival.
