Ryan Foo (CEO, Sonzai Labs) will be sharing how AI can be used to create immersive and hyperpersonalized consumer social experiences, through real-time interaction design, and about their second title, Pocket Souls.

Vishnu Hari (Founder & CEO, ego ai) will be sharing how generative AI is transforming simulation and interactive media. ego ai is building the first AI-native simulation engine that allows non-technical creators to generate lifelike characters, immersive 3D worlds, and interaction logic using just prompts. Through live demos like TownWorld, a real-time AI-driven simulation of an entire town streamed on Twitch, Vishnu will explore how large language models can power dynamic behaviors, emergent narratives, and open-ended virtual environments that make simulation creation more accessible than ever.

More About the Speakers:

Ryan Foo is a game designer building at the intersection of AI and interactive entertainment. He is the CEO of Sonzai Labs, where he leads the development of Pocket Souls, an AI friends experience, creating friends you can be proud of. Previously, he was a game designer at Limit Break and covered consumer venture investing at Delphi Digital. His work is backed by leading investors, and grounded in a vision of making AI experiences accessible, intuitive, and fun. He is also a Computer Science graduate at Yale-NUS College.

Vishnu Hari is an AI and simulation entrepreneur with extensive experience in applied AI research at Facebook/Meta and product leadership at Horizon (Meta Reality Labs), along with a strong foundation in astrophysics from the University of Toronto. He's also a filmmaker and screenwriter and a passionate gamer, space nerd, and reader of hardcore philosophy. As the founder and CEO of ego ai (backed by YC W24), he’s building the first AI-native simulation engine for creators to generate entire interactive 3D worlds powered by LLM-driven agents, visual rendering, and interaction logic.
