The Adamantine Chef (D&D) with Rick

​This is an RPGFest event; we'll be playing an in-person tabletop roleplaying game with a small group. The game will be hosted in Western Queens. Come prepared to roleplay!

​"Allez combat de cuisine!"
The city of New Aethel is getting ready to celebrate the 134th annual battle-chef competition: The Adamantine Chef! Teams of 2-3 combatants will need to balance skills on the battlefield and skills in the kitchen in this no-holds-barred culinary crash out!

Teams will start in the preparation area before being unleashed on a cultivated arena full of ingredients, both mundane and extremely dangerous! This combat challenge will test chefs risk tolerance and situational awareness. Do you collect more mundane and safe ingredients, or challenge deadly beasts for their precious spoils? From there a collection of skill challenges will culminate in the cooking of your dish to be presented by a panel of expert judges. Who will claim the title of Adamantine Chef!?

This semi-competitive one-shot will be a multi-part challenge where teams of players will prioritize their skills to both survive and thrive in the most competitive cooking competition in all of Faerun. This game will use D&D 5e (2024) rules for level 6 adventurers, but I am open to players using other sources with review.
