About the guest speaker
Marzia Aricò is a design leader who helps organisations strategically position design to drive meaningful change. This includes structuring current products, services and journeys as well as nailing the right operating model to empower modern companies to thrive within their often complex, ever-evolving, and multi-stakeholder operating environments.
Marzia has been immersed in design leadership for more than 15 years. She holds a PhD on the topic from Copenhagen Business School. Marzia has design-driven transformation programs with organisations like adidas, Gilead Pharma, Gucci, J.P. Morgan Chase, and Xero.
