Hey friends,

Life moves fast. Our minds are juggling a million things—work, responsibilities, random thoughts, emotions, and who knows what else. When’s the last time you actually hit pause and gave your mind a real reset?

This Sunday, let’s do just that. We’re getting together for a laid-back meditation session to clear out the mental clutter, recharge, and start the week feeling fresh. No pressure, no rigid rules—just a solid hour of presence, breath, and good company.

What's the plan?
✅ A guided meditation to help reset your system (25 minutes)
✅ Simple mindfulness practices to bring more clarity and ease into your week
✅ Hanging out with a group of awesome, open-minded people
✅ Practical insights you can actually use—no fluff, just real ways to feel more grounded and present

Whether you’ve been meditating for years or you’re just curious, this is a space to relax, reset, and reconnect—with yourself and with like-minded friends.

Who's leading?
Brandon Mehrgut, a longtime meditation teacher who’s guided thousands of people into deeper awareness and presence. He’s all about making meditation practical and accessible—so expect an easygoing, welcoming space where you can just be yourself.

About our Meditation Community
We’re a community that believes meditation should be for everyone. Our nonprofit runs donation-based sessions and also supports groups who could use a little more peace in their lives—like police officers, U.S. combat veterans, and low-income families.
