Program Leader / Program Launcher AMA
We're hiring a Program Leader (Women & Student Fellowships)
and a Program Launcher!
Startmate exists to make Australia and New Zealand the best place in the world to build a startup.
As part of this, we’re building the richest community of startup operators, founders and investors in ANZ. Our fellowships create pathways into startups and tech for ambitious people. This injection of diverse talent is fast becoming a force multiplier for the entire startup ecosystem.
As the Program Leader, you will lead Startmate’s flagship programs - the Women Fellowship and Student Fellowship. These fellowships attract, select, and supercharge exceptional new talent into the startup ecosystem.
In addition to building this community, one of our core goals is to nurture and accelerate current startup operators.
As the Program Launcher, you would do this through partnering with inspirational subject matter experts and working with them to design and deliver world-class, community-centric upskilling programs. By collaborating with domain experts, we are able to deliver a trajectory-shifting experience whilst scaling our impact.
