From Burnout to Balance
Description: Have you experienced burnout in the past year? In this workshop, we will first identify how your body experiences burnout, the emotions and physical sensations that it triggers, and the potential stressors that may be causing it. With this awareness, we will work together to craft strategies to address both the stress and the stressors to create a wellness routine that will enable you to find better balance in your day-to-day life.
Facilitator: Liz is a full time outside kid who envisions a world where women are seen and valued throughout their lives. She’s a certified coach and experience designer working with groups and individuals to do the messy and joyful work of compassionate self-discovery and connection. A veteran’s spouse and mother to three girls, Liz lives in Denver, CO and can be found in the mountains at every opportunity.
