Facilitation Playground | Archetypes in Action: From Fixed Mindsets to Flow, From Doubt to Drive
🎨 Playground: Practice facilitation, active learning, and workshop design. Host a session, try new methods, and get community feedback. Courage over perfection! ✨ Participation: Highly interactive, cameras on, breakouts, whiteboards.
What happens when you mix improv theatre, reluctant learners, and L&D archetypes?
In this playful, immersive session, participants will explore their unique Learning Enabler (arche)types—as described in The Immersive Theatre of Learning—and experiment with leading a learner stuck in a fixed mindset toward curiosity, confidence, and active engagement.
Join Adis Sophie and Bernd for a hands-on session where you won’t just talk about transformation, you’ll act it out.
