Sunday Resets ~ a weekly community hour of meditation, yoga, and journaling. Led by Eve & Liv every Sunday at 11am in July and August.
Where: Trinity Bellwoods Park (Southeast corner of Crawford and Dundas)
What to bring: Yoga mat, journal, pen, water
