and Soul-Inspired Dance Play

​This is a Women’s only dance event.
As we will be supporting Her (Women) and eachother…
to be in Her Body, to move Her Body,
to feel joy, pleasure, and freedom in Her Body.
And we get to experience it all ~ together!

​I will be guiding gentle movement along with playful dance practices in the beginning for us to come into the body and enliven the energy of the group, then we will turn the music up and the lights down low, and invite our wild hearts and beautiful bodies to move as they desire… it’s a bit of freestyle movement and ecstatic dance, with some good ol’ jams and groovy beats.

​“Ecstatic dance is a free-form dance practice where participants move spontaneously to music, without set steps or choreography, to connect with themselves and others. It emphasizes self-expression, emotional release, and a meditative state, fostering a sense of joy, liberation, and connection. The goal is to create a space where individuals can move freely, release inhibitions, and experience the joy of movement without judgment.”

​This is a non-judgement dance zone. Whether you think you don’t know how to dance, feel uncoordinated, or scared to dance in front of others… leave it all at the door, and let yourself come have an experience that will light you up from the inside out. Move, groove, laugh, sing, and experience the magic that ignites when we move beyond the fear and dance into love.

​No dance experience needed. This is for all of us to move and groove, have fun and feel free in an uplifted and supportive container.

​You are welcome to dress playful, accessorize, and let your expression shine! Barefoot, socks, or indoor dance shoes are welcome inside the studio... as outside shoes are not allowed in the studio dance room.

​*Please arrive 5 minutes prior to start time to sign studio waiver and check-in. Bring a bottle of water, and a journal if you'd like ~ Soul may have some messages come through for you in this experience✨
