Oxford Net Zero and Workday on carbon removals & tour of Charm Industrial's carbon removal technology
The updated SBTi corporate net zero standard includes a path for permanent carbon removals!
Come hear from two of the leaders on how to deploy carbon offsetting into corporate climate strategies. We'll be joined by Kaya Axelsson, Head of Policy and Partnerships at Oxford Net Zero, and a leading practitioner of corporate climate action, Workday's Chief Sustainability Officer, Erik Hansen.
Following short prepared remarks there will be plenty of time for audience Q&A.
Following the discussion, we'll have a short tour of Charm Industrial's HQ/R&D center in San Francisco- showing its second generation carbon removal machine as well as its fossil free iron making pilot plant. Charm is one of the world leaders in reported 1000+ year permanent removals.
